1. HEALTH OF THE CAT
A healthy cat is one that has a shiny, long hair coat and good eyes. All the cats brought up by the Storybrooke have very large wide eyes with deep coloring, small ears, shiny coats, and short chubby bodies.
2. VACCINATION
We, at Storybrooke Persians, make sure that all our cats are fully-vaccinated. Whenever you will adopt a cat from us, we will provide you with the Florida Health Certificate which will ensure the health and vaccination of our cat.
3. PKD NEGATIVE
PKD stands for Polycystic Kidney Disease. It is an inherited disorder in which clusters of cysts develop within the kidneys, causing the kidney to enlarge and lose function over time. PKD is the most common disease found in cats.
We, at Storybrooke, make sure that all our cats remain healthy and are tested PKD negative. All our cats have been PKD-negative and have been for many generations as they too come from negative lines.
All our cats are predominately family pets and are clean, healthy, happy, loved, and well-socialized. All our cats and kittens are sold under strict contract-have a Florida Health Certificate up-to-date vaccines, feline leukemia/aids tested, and are parasite and fungus free.
