Storybrooke Persians

Where Fairy Tale Beauty Meets a Lifetime of Love

At Storybrooke Persians, our cats are more than beautiful faces and luxurious coats. They are devoted companions with the soul of a canine wrapped in a cloud of silk. Affectionately known as “Velcro Kitties,” Persians are famous for their loving personalities, gentle nature, and desire to be wherever their favorite people are. They follow you from room to room, curl beside you during quiet moments, and gaze up at you with eyes that seem to speak the language of love. They don’t simply tolerate cuddles; many live for them!

Our philosophy is simple: exceptional kittens begin with exceptional care.

We believe responsible breeding means putting health, temperament, and quality above quantity. Our breeding cats come from carefully selected pedigrees, including titled, award-winning show cats, and we strive to preserve the beautiful Persian type and affectionate disposition that make this breed so special.

Health and genetic transparency are at the heart of our program. Our parent cats undergo genetic screening through Wisdom Panel or UC Davis, helping us make informed breeding decisions and reduce the risk of known inherited conditions. We also incorporate HCM (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy) screening by echocardiogram into our health program to help assess cardiac health. We believe responsible breeders should continually seek better ways to protect the health and well-being of future generations.

Our kittens are raised with love and attention in our home, where they become accustomed to everyday household activity, gentle handling, and the companionship of children and other pets. We place great importance on early socialization because we want our kittens to leave us not only beautiful, but confident, affectionate, and ready to become cherished members of their new families.

As a closed cattery, we prioritize the health and safety of our cats and kittens by limiting outside exposure, including visits before our kittens have completed their initial vaccination protocol. Each kitten receives attentive care, age-appropriate veterinary attention, vaccinations, parasite prevention, and a thorough health check before going home. Our kittens also receive a Florida health certificate, microchip, and a thoughtfully prepared welcome package to help make the transition to their new home as comfortable as possible.

We are committed to ethical breeding practices, responsible placement, and knowing that every kitten we raise deserves a lifetime of love. We do not believe in breeding for quantity. Our focus is on raising healthy, well adjusted kittens and giving our adult cats the care, respect, and retirement they deserve when their breeding days are over.

At Storybrooke Persians, every kitten represents a little piece of our hearts. From the first tiny purr to the moment they settle into your arms, we hope to bring families something truly special: the companionship of a Persian whose beauty is matched by an equally beautiful personality.

Welcome to Storybrooke Persians, where every little fluff has a story, every kitten is treasured, and the happily ever after begins at home.
